Tom represents clients in state and federal Courts across a broad range of issues including business litigation, personal injury, wage/FLSA disputes, divorce and family law, environmental law, and all other issues that arise from small town practice of law.
Tom also represents businesses and business owners in all aspects of their growth cycle, from structuring new ventures, advising in acquisitions and divestitures, to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key vendor, employment, independent contractor, and customer contracts. In addition, Tom advises clients in connection with an array of business-related matters, including leasing, financing, and due diligence matters.
Tom is a lifelong Daltonian whose family has been in Northwest Georgia since before the Civil War.
